The Clarkston Community Health Center (CCHC) is a community-based clinic in Clarkston, GA that provides the following free services to uninsured individuals in our community:
- Free primary healthcare services, including the full range of preventive and primary care.
- Free specialty services, including cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, gynecology, mental health, and vision services.
- Free laboratory diagnostic services, with on-site phlebotomy.
- Free pharmaceuticals to our patients who qualify from our onsite dispensary.
- Women's Health clinic on Sunday afternoons through the Harriet Tubman Women's Clinic, provides a range of services including pap smears, clinical breast exams, and addresses lifecycle changes in health, particularly for women experiencing menopause.
- Provider expertise, with clinicians who have decades of experience in primary care, internal medicine, and specialty fields - coming from a breadth of medical, academic, public and private sector organizations.
- Language concordance, including providers and other volunteers speak a variety of languages and, in most cases, can speak the language of our patient population. Language concordance and cultural familiarity are the keystones of the clinic’s model of care.
